ExoMedia Inc. Terms Of Business

At ExoMedia Inc. we would like to make doing business an easy and enjoyable experience for our clients. We encourage you to read through the information provided here so that you are familiar with our standard terms of business.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, ExoMedia terms of business are as follows:

• The quoted price is in Canadian currency with applicable tax(es) extra.
• Minimum 50% downpayment is required to begin an order with the balance of the order to be 
   paid in full prior to the release of any goods.
• Credit terms are not extended unless applied for in advance of the order, approved by 
   ExoMedia Inc., and stated on the invoice.
• Payment is accepted by cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard, certified cheque, or money order.
• If paying by personal or company cheque, the cheque must clear our bank account before we
   can either (a) begin an order, or (b) release products.
• All goods are F.O.B. our office (Langley, British Columbia CANADA). Shipping/delivery costs 
   are extra.
• Written quotations are valid for 30 days.
• Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, if paying in foreign currency the quoted price 
   will be adjusted to reflect the currency exchange rate as of the day the payment is received 
   (as opposed to the day the quotation was generated/forwarded).
• ExoMedia Inc. is not responsible for client assets that have not been picked up after 
   completion of an order.
• ExoMedia Inc. is not responsible for finished goods that have not been picked up by the client
   30 days after completion.
 
Production Timelines

• It is the sole responsibility of the client to make any production/delivery deadlines known to 
   ExoMedia Inc. at the time the order is placed.
• Unless specifically stated in writing, production timelines are considered to be an estimate 
   and not a guarantee.
• Though rare, unforeseen delays sometimes occur. Due to this we highly recommend that you
   do not schedule or make plans for product release-related functions/events until you are in
   possession of the goods.
• Typical production timeline for replicated discs is 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of final approvals
   by the client. Though the vast majority of work is completed within this timeframe, it should
   be considered an estimate and not a guarantee.
• Typical production timeline for duplicated discs is within 7-10 says after receipt of final
   approvals by the client, dependant on the size of the order. Though the vast majority of work 
   is completed within this timeframe, it should be considered an estimate and not a guarantee.
• The production timeline does not begin until ExoMedia Inc. receives (a) all required assets, 
   and (b) written approval of proofs with authorization to proceed. Written approval via email is
   accepted.
 
Product Guarantee

• ExoMedia Inc. stands behind the quality of our products and we will replace any product with 
   obvious manufacturing defects after the defective goods have been returned to us.
• Duplicated CDR and DVDR media may have compatibility issues on some playback devices.
  Though this isn't common, such occurrences are generally due to older playback devices which
  have weak disc reading capabilities and, thus, is not due to defective discs or manufacturing
  methods. ExoMedia Inc. cannot be held responsible for such compatibility issues.
• Returns are not accepted without prior notification and authorization.
• Any claims for shortages must be made within one week of receipt of goods.
