Avoid possible production delays by familiarizing yourself with our procedures and specifications in advance of placing your order.  This will help your order run smoothly through our production departments.
 
Top Five Reasons For 'Production Delays'

• Client supplied artwork that is not to our specifications.
• The client has not approved their proofs in writing.
• The client has not supplied an IPR Form.
• The client requires licensing, but has not applied for it.
• The client makes a change to the order after production has begun.
 
When you receive a written quotation from ExoMedia Inc. you can be assured that there are no hidden costs.  Though uncommon, it is possible for the client to incur extra charges if ExoMedia Inc. is authorized by the client to perform work not included in the quotation.  Such 'extra' work is formally quoted to the client and must be approved in writing before production can proceed. 
 
Top Three Causes of 'Extra Charges'

• The client decides to make changes to their artwork after the print proofs have been
   generated.
• Client supplied material(s) not to specification.
• The client accepts a quote for 4/1 print, but supplies 4/4 artwork.
